With the goal of “Constantly improving ourselves to satisfy customers”, on May 7th, 2019, Antrade held a Coffee Talk for sales department and office members to meet and exchange with Ms. Mathilde Tran Thanh Truc, who has been consulting, having ideas and decorating for plenty of private projects and large groups in Vietnam, with more than 20 years of experience in working both locally and internationally in the field of construction interior design consultancy.
The talk was about the topic “Confident and positive attitude is the key to success”. Ms. Truc shared her work experience and inspired the Antrade members, and helped them understand that to always be confident, each person has to constantly strive to improve not only products, but also social knowledge, communication skills and especially the attitude of being always positive, optimistic, solving work with the motto “I can do it”.
After two hours of sharing and listening, Antrade members not only learned the factors helping them become confident persons at work, but also received more guidance from Ms. Truc on clever and professional handling skills when facing difficult problems at work as well as in life.
To build Antrade to be more and more developing, it is impossible to stop learning experiences and refreshing each member. Antrade will always put customer satisfaction as the goal and development orientation in the present and in the future.
